Sun-Thurs 12 pm-10 pm
Fri & Sat 12 pm-12 am

What form of payment do you accept?
Cash, physical debit card, and digital bank payments. We have an ATM on site.

How does your Rewards Program work?
For every $1 spent you earn 1 point for cash back.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! You can order directly via the website, as well as pick-up orders.

What does Pacha mean?
It means Earth in Quechua, the native language spoken in Andean countries.

What is a micro-dispensary?
We have a micro license, meaning we do everything seed-to-sale and our dispensary only features our products that we grew and processed ourselves.

What is your return or exchange policy?
No returns or exchanges. If a product is defective and you have your receipt, we will review and consider.

What is the minimum age to purchase?
21 years old.

Do I need to show ID to shop at Pacha?
Yes. A valid form of identification is required, such as a driver’s license, passport, REAL ID, or military ID.

Where do you grow your flower?
At an indoor grow in Brooklyn!

Do you take back jars or other containers?
At the moment we do not, but we ask that you please recycle them!
