Return Policy

By purchasing our products, you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling products containing CBD (cannabidiol)  sourced from industrial hemp. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.  Check with your physician before using any Pacha products.  

Please email info@pachadispensary.com if there are any issues with the product(s) you received. 
If you still wish to return a product(s) for a refund you may do so within 7 days of the purchase date.  The item must be unused and unopened.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return of the item.

How to Return Item(s):
 
1. Email us within 7 days of your purchase at info@pachadispensary.com and let us know what item(s) you wish to return and why.  They must be unused and unopened.  We will then respond providing a return shipping address. We will not cover the shipping costs for the returned item(s). 
2. Once we receive your package and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened and unused product(s) and email you a confirmation.
Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

We will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on pachadispensary.com. 

We will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
