Heart of Palm CBD Ceviche

Yield: 4 servings

25mg each



2 cans of heart of palm

Half of a medium red onion

1 large orange bell pepper

1 large or two medium tomatoes 

Half cup toasted peanuts 

1/8 cup chopped cilantro 

Juice from 2-3 limes 

2 milliliters (100mg) of Pacha CBD Oil



* Optional, but highly recommended, accompaniments:

Plantain chips

Avocado slices



1. Drain cans of heart of palm and chop into 1/2 inch pieces.  

2. Chop onion, bell pepper and tomato into a medium dice.

3. Toast peanuts on a pan at low/ medium heat moving around frequently until toasted. 

4. Mix all your ingredients in a large bowl and add lime juice and salt to taste.  

5. Serve alongside plantain chips and avocado.
